We handle everything end to end: architectural landscape master planning, custom outdoor kitchens, swimming pools and spas, fire features, putting greens, smart architectural lighting, and a dedicated project manager from the first sketch through the final walkthrough. We prepare submittal packages with renders and material samples for design-review boards in Draper Hills, Suncrest, Promontory, and Red Ledges so approvals don't stall the build.
Engineered for freeze-thaw
Pools, walls, and patios are detailed for Utah's 100°F swing between July and January. Frost depth, drainage, and base prep are not value-engineered out.
Water-wise without sacrificing lush
Every plan hydrozones turf, beds, and trees so a resort-grade landscape still meets Utah's secondary water and conservation guidelines.

Discovery & Design Call
We meet on-site, walk the property together, and listen to how you actually want to live outside. We discuss budget, timeline, and the constraints of your specific lot, soil, and microclimate.

Architectural Design
Site analysis, 2D site plans, photorealistic 3D renders, planting plans, and material specifications. You see the project in full detail before a single shovel touches the ground.

Build with Premium Materials
Our W-2 craftsmen execute the design with quarried stone, locally grown plant material, manufacturer-certified hardscape, and commercial-grade irrigation and lighting.

Walkthrough & Ongoing Care
Final walkthrough, system tutorials, and warranty paperwork. Optional maintenance plans keep the investment looking impeccable for years.
