Brass that survives Utah winters
We default to solid brass and copper fixtures with lifetime housing warranties — they shrug off snow, salt, and the freeze-thaw that destroys cheap aluminum fixtures within a few seasons.

Path lights, transformers, and wire runs are placed and rated for snow shoveling, plows, and seasonal cleanup so the system survives every winter intact.

We meet on-site, walk the property together, and listen to how you actually want to live outside. We discuss budget, timeline, and the constraints of your specific lot, soil, and microclimate.

Architectural Design
Site analysis, 2D site plans, photorealistic 3D renders, planting plans, and material specifications. You see the project in full detail before a single shovel touches the ground.

Build with Premium Materials
Our W-2 craftsmen execute the design with quarried stone, locally grown plant material, manufacturer-certified hardscape, and commercial-grade irrigation and lighting.

Walkthrough & Ongoing Care
Final walkthrough, system tutorials, and warranty paperwork. Optional maintenance plans keep the investment looking impeccable for years.
